Hi, I am currently recruiting for a Battlestar Galactica fan group called the Colonial Defense Forces. The CDF is described on their website as:
An active, fan driven, chapter based Battlestar Galactica fan club for the re-imagined series.

Our purpose; To promote, support, and acknowledge the philosophies and ideals portrayed in the Battlestar Galactica mythos in a realistic fashion through organized fandom.

As a CDF member; Command or serve on a Battlestar. Pilot a Viper. Be one of the few, the proud, the Colonial Marines. Run for a Colonial Government position as a civilian.

At current the Kansas City area does not have an active chapter, I would like to change this by starting Kansas City's own Chapter, the Battlestar Vigilance!
