Hello all, I just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Mary and I've recently moved to the area. I've played Wizkids Pirates of the Cursed Seas pocketmodel game for several years, and I'm currently in the process of becoming a Privateer (envoy) so that I can run Pirates tournaments at Game Cafe! (I'm so excited. Wee!!!!!)

Other than that I'm your typical geek; I love Star Trek and Star Wars (although I haven't gone so far as to dress as a character from either one - *yet*.), I have a small amount of D20 Modern gaming under my belt, and I'm an old school board game player - and I have yet to meet someone who can beat me at Monopoly. I play chess, read a lot, and I also embroider in my *cough* Copious Free Time *cough*.

This coming weekend on February 2, 2008, I'll be at the store for demonstration play of Pirates, as part of Wizkids Weekend! I'll be there at about 12 noon, until - ?
