There are a few events coming up next. The Caspia-Sul Incursions is the final part of the year's league, but I have no idea if Tom has the materials for that. The kits aren't cheap and there's only a handful of us. We could probably do it with entry fees.
There's the upcoming Legends tournament that ties in with the Legends launch. The event is slated for somewhere in late September, and you have to bring /three/ 750 point lists. I am not sure if it's a WM only event.
There's also a Steamroller tournament going on in my home store in Oklahoma City during the last week of the month, I might drive out that friday to go to it.

I won't be interested in any events with an entry fee.
Not that I don't think that we should help support any prize support, but I'd rather save what little gaming money I have right now for actual purchases instead of getting ribbons, badges or what not.
Nothing wrong with those things, but I'm actually in a position where I have to make the choice financially.
There's a lot of pieces coming out and now I have an urge to build up my Khador force...so that leaves little wiggle room. I'm already cutting out Star Wars minis and D&D minis due to the reduction in gaming funds.
Right now it's pretty much just Heroclix and Warmachine.
Again, I'd rather spend the money on actual pieces to build up my forces than to get some kind of prize.
Keep me informed of our options though.
Thanks,
Chris

Well, there are other options. Escalation has a four-part campaign, Apotheosis has a campaign, and one of the older no-quarters has a battle-for-sul campaign. We can play out those.
The escalation one is a bit dated, and has some compatiblity issues with newer models (One where a faction auto-wins with advance deployment models that became available to them in later books.)
The catch is that none of these campaigns support Hordes. You can do two to four players, but none of them can match faction, and Mercenaries are not playable on their own.
The escalation scenarios are customized to 'this happens if X faction fights Y faction', and you pick up bonuses along the way to use in other fights, and you can opt to try a 'sidequest' which puts one of your warcasters in a VERY difficult situation, with really good rewards. The Sorcha one is a key point. She has to save Vlad from three of the crazy Cryx heavy jacks. If Vlad moves or takes an action, the scenario ends. If Sorcha uses windrush, the scenario ends.

Yes, Noah, Sam, and I will be there tonight playing. I will also plan on being there Wednesday night, and I called Greg H. and he is planning on being there after work too.
Hope to see you all then!

Shoot, I agreed to some plans with my wife for tonight since I didn't think that I was getting a game in.
I will plan on being there tomorrow and Wednesday.
Thursday & Friday I'll play by ear.

Magnus & Co. are back. Well, as soon as I dig them out of my closet. I'll be up there on Wednesday to play after work.

Hey Tom, I did get one thing wrong on our game. You CAN run over a linear obstacle (Walls). You just have to have enough movement to go completely past.

Note for Crossley, the section on bonds in the book mentions that Unique jacks (Behemoth) cannot be bonded, or jack marshaled.

Shoot!
Oh well. Guess it's a good thing that that didn't come into play in my last game. I never gave it more than 3 Focus and its bonding trait never came into effect.
So all's good.
