Sealed - 3 booster pack purchase, 40 point fleet. Standard rules apply, also house rule of crew of any nationality can be used on ships of any nationality.
Prizes will be handled a bit differently. Treasure will be provided by the Envoy and will be marked; in addition last place will get 5 coins, 2nd to last 10, and so on. Marked treasure can be used at the grand auction at the end of the tournament for prizes.
